Shopsey was established by Russ Hayes and Alex Radjko, who are successful Power Sellers on Ebay, retailing stylish clothes and shoes on and off since 2004. Russ has been selling on Ebay for five years and Alex for two, but both developed a passion for customer service and the rule of Karma in all that they do.
Ebay encourages sellers who are customer service perfectionists and Shopsey is a combination of two of those types of people, who's philosophy is to sell packets of happiness at all times :-) This means they ensure the best stock that customers desire, sold at very good prices and with impeccable customer services. You won't find the "stack it high and sell it cheap" mentality at Shopsey, you'll find the "stack it carefully and sell it cheap with love" passion.
The ethos of Russ and Alex, customer happiness is the only important business requirement, is worlds apart from the appalling and at best generic buying experience found on the high street, for them, an unhappy customer is a friend in need, a resolution opportunity with a partner to be sorted before bedtime :-)
So their customer services credentials are up there in the heights of Karma, but what about the stuff they sell? Russ and Alex have many sources of new and pre-owned branded goods, though being business confidential they can't reveal those ;-) they do however use their unique skills to source the best items, choosing great style, high quality and good condition, every item is checked for quality and size, uniquely described and priced to sell.
