Some typical questions and answers to help you...

How long does delivery take? UK delivery is by 1st Class Royal Mail taking 1 to 2 business days. For Europe and the rest of the world, delivery is by Airmail taking 3 to 5 business days. If your item has not arrived within 14 days, please contact us for a full refund.

What if I'm not happy with an item? Simply contact us first to explain what's wrong and we'll do our best to put things right. We normally provide a full refund without a return, however in some cases we may ask you to return the item first. Please see our returns policy here for details.

How do I use Shopsey? Here's 5 quick steps to use this website...
1) Click "Browse our Store" above...
2) Click a picture or your size link to see a list of products for sale...
3) Click "Refine Search" or "New Search" to narrow the number of products displayed...
4) On an item listing, select your postage location and then click "Add to Shopping Cart" when you'd like to buy...
5) When finished shopping pay for your items via PayPal, a secure and well respected method of online payments.

Having problems paying? If you have problems paying via PayPal we also accept other forms of payment such as Western Union, postal orders and personal cheques. For alternatives to PayPal, please contact us here and tell us how you'd like to pay.

How do I change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible by phone, text or email message. You can message us now from our contact form here.

What does item "Sizing" mean? The size of an item is described within the "Sizing" description and often within the title and description as well. First we provide the standard UK size, followed by the equivelent European EU size, then the United States US size and for shoes, the Japanese JA size which is the sole length in centimeters. For shoes we then display the vertical heel height in inches and centimeters. For jeans we also display the waist and leg length in inches and centimeters.

What does item "Status" mean? Shopsey sell brand new, factory second or used items. "Brand New" means, an item has never been used and appears to be in new condition, we describe such an item as "Brand New", regardless of the date of original manufacture. Items that have been simply tried on in a shop, we also describe as "Brand New", provided they appear to be in new condition. "Factory Second" means, an item has perhaps been worn once or twice, has a mark, a minor fault or damage, but appears to be in "As New" condition. "Used" means, an item has been worn several to many times, but is still in good to excellent saleable condition and the level of wear and tear is described within the description. Please read descriptions carefully before purchase, but always remember :-) all items sold at Shopsey come with Shopsey Assurance, so if you're not happy, just contact us first and we will put things right without delay. What does item "Stock" mean? Shopsey only advertise items for sale that are actually in stock. Usually we only have one of each style and size in stock, so to avoid disappointment don't delay buying an item you like, as we're unlikely to get more in stock of that style or size again.

What does item "Ref" mean? "Ref" is a unique reference used by Shopsey to identify an item in stock.
