Returns
Here's an explanation of our returns policy. Please read through before purchase or contact us using the links below for more details.

We offer a 28 day refund policy called Shopsey Assurance for unhappy customers. If you're not happy please contact us first, we may refund your payment without a return or we may ask you to return your item to us in the same condition. On receipt of the item, we will normally issue a full refund, usually including all your postage costs if it's our fault.

To claim a refund against Shopsey Assurance please contact us and we will guide you through the returns process. For used items, this should be done within 28 days of purchase, for new items, claims outside 28 days and overseas customers, please contact us if not happy and we will see what can be done to put things right again.

We cannot refund any postage unless the item is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, faulty, mis-described or there's been a mistake. Under these circumstances, we will endeavour to refund one or both of your postage costs. The maximum postage refund we can provide is our original basic postage charged per direction.

When returning items please contact us first, then please pack them carefully and use the cheapest postage or airmail possible, we will make a refund once the item is back with us. Please be aware that our maximum postage refund above may not cover your return postage costs if you're located overseas, so please use the cheapest airmail possible. Please note Shopsey Assurance is a discretionary process to reduce fraud.
